In this workshop we will be using self ties, wax play candles, movement, breathing and other sensory activating elements to connect with ourselves and our innate feminine wisdom through our sensuality.

• 1-2 hanks of rope + safety shears/cutting instrument

• notepad /pen

• water + snacks

*We have mats, blankets, pillows, safety sheers, snacks + NA beverages, and clean rope to borrow and for sale.
