Hella groovy and high vibe rope jam curated with RnB music sets to set the tone for your practice and scenes. This rope jam is for all levels: meaning that if you are completely new: we will cover foundations of rope and safety as well as basic rope demos for those who are interested or just starting out. You may also come and dive right into your own practice. Come vibe with us.
Recommended to bring: your own mats, your own rope, safety sheers/cutting instrument, water bottle, journal/pen
We have mats, rope, safety sheers for borrow as well if you do not have these items.
