Ichinawa is a practice with only one rope and the concept of ichinawa is a shibari (Japanese style rope bondage) that is focused on the interconnectedness of two people tying, and minimal focus on the technical aspect.
Prerequisites:
- Foundations of Rope
- The Floor Series (Rope Handling, Knots and Frictions, Body Mechanics)
