Floor Series: Knots + Frictions

  • The Rope Collective (map)

The month of October is our last in the current studio space! We are fundraising for a new space or transformation. The month of October is THE HAUNTING OF THE ROPE COLLECTIVE and all events will be SPOOKY or themed. So come dressed up and ready for some scare with your play . Trick or treat and give us something good to eat! Donations and tips appreciated and can be found on every ticketing page.

Part of our Core Curriculum and the second part of our “Floor Series”! This beginner-level workshop is designed for those looking to refine their tying techniques through an understanding of various knots, tensions, lock-offs, and friction ties that form the backbone of most rope bondage patterns. Through detailed descriptions and hands-on practice, we will create secure, aesthetic structures with a good set of building blocks we can use throughout our practice.

These techniques will be the prerequisites to the “Fly Series”.

Prerequisite Classes:

No Required Prerequisites (although "Floor Series: Rope Handling" highly recommended, not required)
