UNRAVEL is a rope and sound experience allowing you to shed all you are carrying and step into a container of being held. Pairing the art of rope bondage with a sound bath and a guided visualization meditation. We have joined forces with Eye Yam Everything to bring you this ceremony and celebration of self to create a powerful mixture that will ground you into your body - and empowering you to process what rises to the surface.
The ties will be taught as self ties and be beginner friendly with modifications for more advanced concepts and options. You may come by yourself or with a partner (we can also show modifications to the tie if you would like to tie with a partner). We will have plenty of time to be in your technical head to make sure the ties are sustainable and low risk before we sink into the sound and mediation.
Recommended to bring: your own mats, your own rope, safety sheers/cutting instrument, water bottle, journal/pen
We have mats, rope, safety sheers for borrow as well if you do not have these items.
