Gather with us one last time as we bid adieu to our 1st studio - The South 16th location for an intimate and classy performance evening to say farewell. We will have tea service and decadent treats for the mouth, ears, and eyes. Enjoy a classic and classy evening with us as we share our art form in this space. Our love for all we have created in this building will live forever in our memories, hearts, and we will carry it with us as we find our new home!

Even in the hectic humdrum of modern life, working with plants remains a cornerstone of being human. From grinding and brewing coffee in the morning, to winding down with our favorite nightcap of choice, we create rituals for ourselves that revolve around plants and their various potencies– From the clinical to the cozy, the esoteric to the practical, and every combination in between.

This class is open to all experience levels and styles of movement, come as you are with an open mind and open heart. My goal is to guide movement towards pathways of least resistance and most pleasure. Your technique is less important than your experience of the movement. Release your expectations of what dance "should" look like, and dive beneath the surface of what is.We will be moving through a guided improvisational movement score, so move at your own pace, but come ready to move.
